why we do it

Schools are critical to developing the next generation of leaders, and they seem to get hit with budget cuts the hardest. Brad and Michele were looking for a way to help Florida schools and make some money, and they needed only to follow the successful pattern of their friend and business partners, David and Patty Dickson. David and Patty have operated a pencil dispenser business in Maryland schools for 18 years, having helped the schools raise over $200,000! Brad and Michele decided that this business could be just as successful for Florida schools as it is in Maryland.

Brad has over 30 years experience in the software industry, originally developing real-time simulation software for the defense industry. He worked over 10 years for UPS, managing large software projects and developing database and internet applications. Brad and his wife, Michele, moved to Clermont, FL in 2005.

Brad earned his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Virginia Tech in 1978, and his MBA from Loyola College of Maryland in 1990.

Brad has served on several non-profit boards, including Smoke Free Maryland, The Vegetarian Resource Group, The US Hydrofoil Association, and USA Water Ski.

michele scott

Michele worked at a bank for over 20 years, rising to the level of Vice President. She managed seven branches, and handled advertising and legal matters. She graduated from Towson University in 1979, majoring in Art.
